With the start of the C-People project in January, the first modules activated - "Performance & Goals" and "Learning" - have allowed for innovation of the people assessment and training processes.

These functions will soon be joined by others, and this month has seen the start of a new phase of the project, with the launch of a new module:

EMPLOYEE CENTRAL

With the activation of Employee Central, the platform has gained new functions designed to facilitate interaction between Calzedonia Group and the People who are part of it. The main ones are:

  • individual profiles, the information in which can be updated independently (for example with contacts, personal documents, academic qualifications, language skills, etc.)
  • sharing of employee’s position in the organisation
  • internal search engine to contact any colleague in the Group

The aim of these new functions is to make information more readily accessible, simplify searches and make interaction easier.

LOGO

The new module will be activated in 4 phases, and by the end of 2020 will comprise the 15,000+ employees of all the Italian companies and sales branches. It will also make it possible to share the content of the "Learning" module with employees in the stores of all the brands worldwide.

To date, "Employee Central" is already live in Italy, Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland. Keep up to date on the development of the project with the next C-People Upgrade, on its way soon!
