A FRIEND FROM THE VERY BEGINNING

The first day? It’s all new: the people you’ll meet, all the information there is to keep in mind, and of course the corridors you’ll be exploring for the first time. We believe that a “buddy”, a dedicated person ready to accompany you during your first weeks at work, can make it all easier.

Your Buddy will welcome you on the first day, and remain by your side to introduce you to company life straight away, transmitting our values and principles and offering you all the practical tips and advice you’ll need to help you feeling confident from the very beginning.
