The first months of your experience in Calzedonia Group will take place between the HQ in Verona and one of our Production Plants in Eastern Europe, with the opportunity to meet our teams and discover our Supply Chain flow.
Then you will have the chance to fly to Portugal to attend a one-month technical training program in Modatex, a Portuguese center of excellence in textile training.
Once you have acquired the milestones of our textile supply chain, you will continue your career path in one of our international production plants. Here, you will have the possibility to express your capabilities through a specific project defined on the basis of your interests and attitudes.
From fabrics to technical phases to finished products, you will have the chance to acquire basic knowledge of the entire textile supply chain.
One month classroom attendance at Modatex in Porto, to let you live an immersive and engaging experience together with other operation engineers.

Yari began his career in Eastern Europe, where he worked in Serbia and Bulgaria. He then jumped at the opportunity to take on a project in Ethiopia, followed by managing the local production planning system in Sri Lanka, impacting over 10,000 employees.
As he tells, "during these 5 years abroad, I accured valuable skills, adaptability, proactivity, and the ability to work with diverse teams from different backgrounds. I was comfortable in an ever-evolving environment, driven by the variety of projects and growth opportunities that came his way."
The best moment he experienced in the Group?
"The inauguration of the production plant in Ethiopia. Being part of such a young group, achieving a milestone like this was something remarkable. We opened new factory and arrived at the official inauguration with over 1,000 employees, it gave me an immense satisfaction."
