Calzedonia Group has always looked towards the future, deciding to focus on young people and their training.
Many efforts have been made in this direction over the years, including the “Academy” project, a series of training pathways geared towards specific corporate areas and delivered within the Group, so that students can immediately soak up the company atmosphere.

Workshops and lessons in direct contact with the Group
The Academies, with a duration of around 240 hours, have proposed practical workshops, alternating them with theory training delivered by key figures in the Group, who have invested dedication and enthusiasm in the project, as well as recognised external trainers.
Calzedonia Group HQ hosted all the Academies’ training and on-the-job experience stages, to immediately create a contact with the day-to-day operations of the Group.
Throughout the training programme, the talents selected had a practical opportunity to show what they are capable of, implementing the abilities and expertise acquired during the Academies.
